• Usage Telemetry: We collect diagnostic logs, crash reports, and performance telemetry (via Firebase Remote Config and crash reporting tools) to maintain app reliability.

We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

• To facilitate account creation and logon process: We use your Google account data to secure your personal dashboard and history logs.
• To deliver services: We process submitted video URLs to download, transcode, and store media assets temporarily.
• To request feedback & support: We may use your information to contact you and respond to support queries.

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

• Service Providers: We integrate with Google Sign-In and Firebase for authentication and remote configurations.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Account & Data Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated downloaded video cache data at any time. To do so, you can click "Delete Account" in your Profile View inside the application, or contact us directly at tri.widyawan@live.com. We will process your deletion request within 48 hours.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13 years of age. By using the services, you represent that you are at least 13 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the services.
